We got an apt repository set up, that provides the stable release of the deb packages of the LinOTP2 community edition. Those packages work fine with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and are also reported to work with Ubuntu 10.10 and Debian Squeeze.
We have also a section, that provides probably unstable development snapshots of the packages. You may choose, which packages you want to use.
You need to import the signing GPG key
wget http://www.linotp.org/apt/LSE\ LinOTP2\ Packaging\
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
\ \(0xF86258E5\)\ pub.asc
apt-key add LSE\ LinOTP2\ Packaging\
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
\ \(0xF86258E5\)\ pub.asc
Then you need to add some lines to your /etc/apt/sources.list. If you want to use the stable release add:
deb http://linotp.org/apt/ubuntu lucid linotp2ce
deb-src http://linotp.org/apt/ubuntu lucid linotp2ce
If you want to use the development snapshots add these lines:
deb http://linotp.org/apt/ubuntu lucid linotp2ce-dev
deb-src http://linotp.org/apt/ubuntu lucid linotp2ce-dev
You are now ready to install the linotp packages with apt-get.
Any Feedback is highly appreciated.
